Website Terms of Use

The terms on which you use this website.

Version 1.0 · Effective 17 August 2026

In short

This site tells you about our services. It is general information, not clinical advice, and submitting the booking form is a request rather than a confirmed appointment. In an emergency, call 000.

Our content and brand are ours; scheme and fund names belong to their owners and naming them implies no affiliation. Nothing here removes your Australian Consumer Law rights.

  1. 1. Using this site

You may use this website to learn about our services and to request an appointment. You may not use it to send unlawful, misleading or harmful material, to attempt to gain access to systems or data you are not entitled to, or in any way that interferes with the site for other people.

  2. 2. This site is not medical advice

Everything here is general information about our services. It is not clinical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for an assessment. Do not delay seeking care because of something you read here. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 000.

  3. 3. Booking requests

Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists only once we confirm it with you. What happens then is governed by our Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy.

  4. 4. Intellectual property

The content, design, brand marks, photography and illustrations on this site belong to Power Physiotherapy or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal or clinical use. You may not reproduce them commercially, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests an association or endorsement that does not exist.

  5. 5. Third-party names and links

Where we name a scheme or fund — WorkCover, the TAC, the NDIS, or a private health fund — we do so descriptively, to tell you what we accept. Those names and logos belong to their owners. Naming them does not imply that we are endorsed by, affiliated with, or registered with them beyond what we state explicitly elsewhere on this site. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

  6. 6. Availability and accuracy

We keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or remove content at any time.

  7. 7. Liability, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be contracted out of. Where a term here would be unlawful, it applies only so far as it lawfully can.

  8. 8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
